چکیده
A multiwavelength spectrophotometric (WApH) titration method for determinatio constants (pΚa values) of ionisable compounds developed previously was applied derivatives of pharmaceutical interest. Specifically, UV absorption spectra of the drug the course of a pH-metric titration using an optical device based on a fibre optics dip pr diode array detector. Target factor analysis was applied to deduce the pΚa values recorded at different pH. Using this technique, the pΚa values of six pyridine deriv successfully. It was demonstrated that the WApH technique in this case outperforms methods with respect to the measurement of pΚa values of the sparingly water soluble study. 1999 Elsevier Science B.V.
